This Beta Testing Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to the Pilot Trip Analyzer ("App"), proprietary software owned and developed by Pilot Trip Analyzer LLC ("Developer"). By accepting, you agree to the following terms.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal evaluation during the beta period. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or distribute the App.
The App and its contents — including the trip-scoring algorithm, weighting system, and all underlying logic — are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to share, redistribute, publish, or disclose the App or any part of it to any third party without prior written consent from the Developer.
You agree not to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, or otherwise attempt to derive or reproduce the source code, algorithms, or intellectual property of the App.
Your beta access credentials are personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including all algorithms, designs, scoring systems, and associated materials — remain the exclusive property of Pilot Trip Analyzer LLC. © 2026 Pilot Trip Analyzer LLC. All rights reserved.
The App is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. The Developer makes no warranties and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time without notice.
Any feedback you provide may be used by the Developer to improve the App without obligation, compensation, or attribution to you.
